We offer one of the largest and most comprehensive warehouse programs in Europe with a unique selection of alloys and dimensions. Our modern logistics department has high capacity and delivers over 1,000 components from stock every week both quickly and securely. We can enter into a stock management agreement which allows us to offer you regular call-offs, ensuring an efficient and profitable production flow. This gives you more time to concentrate on running your own business.
Cut to length
A natural part of our production is to cut profiles to length. Our band saws are primarily intended for cutting to length of flat bars. This saws can handle material up to 450x450 mm.
Since spring 2011 our new digital saw Precision T2 is up and running. We can offer short times of delivery for cut material.
Our digital radial saw is intended for the cutting of short lengths and is perfect for the cutting of special profiles. This saw has unique characteristics:
- Accurate perpendicular alignment (within 0.1 mm at 380 mm width)
- Optimum cutting precision
- The saw has cut-slot opening which ensures that backward cuts are avoided when the blade returns
- Produces a virtually milled surface - often below 1.0 Ra
- Fine tolerances, down to 0.10 mm
- Max cutting height 200 mm, width 380 mm
