| Tumbling is a rational and non-polluting method for the de-burring and polishing of components. When profiles are cut to length using a saw or other form of cutting machine, small burrs of aluminium remain on the surface of the cut.
Tumbling is the ideal solution for smaller profiles and small components. The components are tumbled together with small, circulating stones and these remove the burrs and other excess aluminium.
For larger and longer profiles brushing and de-burring, as previously described, are more suitable. We can provide tumbling services. Contact us for more information! |
