We supply pressed and drawn aluminium tubes, from stock, in a large number of different dimensions and alloys for varying applications. The tubes are supplied from stock in lengths of 6 metres. Free-machining alloys are generally supplied in lengths of 3 metres. If you cannot find the dimension or alloy you require, a new die can be produced for you. Lengths of up to 12 metersmetres can be supplied from our extrusion plants, depending on the dimension required. Less common dimensions can be supplied within 1-2 weeks from our suppliers in Europe.
The choice of alloy is principally determined by the requirements of the material, its qualities and the possibilities for further processing. Information relating to the different alloys can be found in our technical information, which can help in choosing the correct alloy.
The material is normally supplied in long lengths and can also be cut to length. We have three high capacity machines at our disposal and can handle dimensions up to 460x460 mm with tolerances from ±0.1 mm, in linear measurement. We are also able to provide other processing and surface treatment of the material.
Rings and circular shapes can also be sawn from sheet, to the required dimensions.
