Small aluminium sections are used in many different applications where precision is important, for example, computers, electronics, steering equipment and medical equipment. The common characteristics of all these products is that they require high quality and very precise tolerances. Small aluminium sections are particularly suitable when a light material with good tensile strength is required and which, at the same time, is easy to form into complex sections.
We have the resources to supply such sections faster than most other suppliers. Prototypes can be produced within 14 days, from approved technical drawings. The main delivery of the profiles can then take place 1 - 2 weeks after approval of the prototype.
Die manufacturing costs are low, as the production equipment used is considerably smaller than for normal extrusion purposes. As a result, production costs are very economical and the profitability of smaller production runs is considerably better. If there is any uncertainty about the product or if it is incomplete it is an advantage that the die making costs are low.

- Max dimension within a circumscribed circle of 80 mm in diameter.
We can also anodise and cut the profiles to length, to the exact format required.
