The most common and frequently the most economical method of printing on flat surfaces is screen printing. By using a template the colour is printed directly onto the aluminium material. Screen printing is particularly suitable for aluminium.
Most NCS or PMS scale colours can be used. In general terms, there are few restrictions as to the number of colours that can be used for printing on aluminium.
If the surface is rounded or difficult to get at, pad printing is most suitable.
