Several dimensions of rolled tubes/precision tubes in drawn form are kept in stock. We are also able to supply lengths of up to 12 metres. A rolled tube is a drawn tube which has been processed to provide even more precise tolerances than a drawn tube. Straightness tolerance from 0.2 mm/m. We can supply dimensions from 30x4 mm to 365x25,5 mm. Alloy EN 6063 T6.
Choosing a rolled tube can give a number of technical and financial advantages, such as:
- Precise tolerances
- Good anodising properties
- Minimum misshaping
- Good resistance to corrosion
- Optimum straightness
- High durability
- Virtually tension-free material
- Good cutting properties and low friction
Specification for rolled tubes with diameter <190 mm and thickness <15 mm
Tolerances:
External diameter: ISO k 13
Internal diameter: ISO M 11
Variation in thickness of material
in % of nominal thickness of material
t > 10 mm 5 %
