Aluminium is the third most common element in the earth´s crust after oxygen and silicon, making it one of the few metals whose raw material availability is virtually unrestricted.
Aluminium is also easy to recycle! Remelting requires only 5% of the energy needed to manufacture primary aluminium. This means that secondary aluminium, which is made from scrap, accounts for more than a quarter of the total world production of aluminium.
Naturally we sort all our waste material for recycling, ensuring we play a part in reducing the impact on the environment. |
