Punching is a traditional method for making multiple holes in aluminium sheet or profile.
The method entails a punch being pressed through the material under counter pressure, which means that no material can detach itself from the work piece due to breakage.
Depending on the size of the series and the shape of the components, laser cutting or water cutting are possible alternatives to punching.
In addition to punching, we provide embossing, countersinking and nibbling. Nibbling entails a series of holes overlapping each other being punched into the material.
