If the surface is rounded or difficult to get at, pad printing is most suitable.
The process works on an offset principle where the artwork is put onto a plate, the plate is inked and transfers the offset image to a flexible silicon pad, which then is used to print on the object. Most NCS or PMS scale colours can be used. In general terms, there are few restrictions as to the maximum number of colours that can be printed on an aluminium component.
Screen printing is used to print on flat surfaces.
We are able to carry out pad printing. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
